Infographic: How Has COVID-19 Changed Water Usage?

COVID-19 has changed nearly every aspect of American life. Since we’re focused on commercial restroom design and have always championed water sustainability, we wanted to evaluate how the pandemic has affected water usage.

The answers were sometimes surprising. Early shelter-at-home orders naturally led to higher residential usage. But, as more people return to work outside the home, higher hygiene standards could impact water usage in less predictable ways.
